Well with dresses didn't fit right, so I tried to get a return/refund. One dress was bought with a store credit so they dont let me return it. The other they will let me return but I have to pay for my own shopping. I think that the store should provide return label and satisfy the client. I also think that even thought the other dress was with a store credit we should be able to return it or exchange it for a different one. Now we are obligated to keep a dress that doesnt fit right and return another at our cost. I think that Commense might have lost a client. Bought from them previously and loved the dresses, this time it didn't work out and they are not making the client happy. 2 stars only because of customer service.
