Lovely fabric and elegant design
I placed my order three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received anything. Their delivery service is very unprofessional. My package was left outside the building instead of being properly delivered, and when I contacted them about the missing order, they told me to contact the United States Postal Service.
It has been weeks, and I still have not received a refund, nor have they reshipped my order. This has been a very frustrating experience. Customers should not have to chase down their own missing packages or wait weeks without a refund or replacement. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
