True to size but fits oddly

I wish the color was more vibrant like in the picture, the fabric is on the thinner side. The size is true to size however once you place the shoulders where they need to be like the picture shown the overall look fits a bit weird, doesnt look like a clean style maybe because the fabric is thin.
