Gorgeous sweater! Wore it 2 times already received many compliments. Everyone loves it! My daughter thought it was from Nordstrom, said it looks like an expensive sweater,, it’s soft & warm. Has pretty detailed gold buttons,,,slightly oversized I’m so glad I bought it!

I’m sad about this purchase. I was so excited about this sweater and read in the reviews that it was soft and not scratchy. It’s more than I would typically spend on a single item and was my first time ordering from Commense. Unfortunately it was scratchy and wouldn’t work with my sensitive skin, so I went to return it. It was an arduous process that took several days even though it was a typical return. The emails were confusing and obviously designed to create friction that discourages returns. I get the sense that the business ethos is off and therefore I won’t be shopping with them again. In this day and age, there are way too many options to tolerate a shopping experience like this when others are willing to do better.
