The material is basically stiff plastic unlined and sticky feeling.
The sizing is smaller than US sizing so you have to size up, and generally the mini skirts run really short if you are taller than 5'8".
Not the best style and it does not look like the photo, it's more like a thicker plastic, smooth + shiny. and tight.
Probably best suited for smaller petite women.
