Let me begin by saying that I rarely write reviews. I am generally skeptical of ordering from different online websites. I first ordered from Commense several months ago, when I asked someone where they purchased an awesome black and white shell. So, I took a chance and ordered one for myself. I have been a fan ever since! I LOVE this coat! The fabric, buttons and construction are very good quality. Note that there are no labels inside the garment. Shipping is not super fast, as it comes from overseas. I received it in about 2 1/2 weeks, but worth the wait. When I wore it for the first time, I received compliments. It is slightly oversized, as my usual size Large has plenty of room. This is about my 4th purchase from Commense and I have been pleased. That said, I do not know what their customer service and returns are like. I haven't returned anything. My advice would be to be as certain as possible, when ordering, otherwise a very trustworthy site.
