Lovely dress and well made. The top portion is a beautiful rich navy blue with gold accents zip up dress. Tweed, but not itchy and comfortable to wear. Good material but not overly heavy.
Im 5'7 and the dress way waaayy to short for me. The back of the dress was right below my butt. The front of the dress was upper/mid thigh. The dress gives a very professional look but I would not wear this to a professional function.
