THE WORST customer service I think I’ve ever had to deal with! Need to return an item? Forget about it! You would be better off NEVER ordering anything from them! Tried to send two items back out of 3 items ordered. Was SUPER difficult. You WILL pay a fee for returning or replacing any item! I ended up trying g to send two items back but they told me to keep the two pairs of jeans I was trying to take back and just order something different. So I did. Guess what they did? Sent me one of the pair of jeans that I tried to send back AND a belt that I had already ordered and kept!! (Remember I said I had 3 items?) Ridiculous!! If they can’t afford for you send an item back so they tell you to keep it…. Why are they sending things you didn’t even order? Makes no sense! I have dealt and dealt with this company for the last time! Quality of clothes are not good to begin with. You can easily make returns with other companies that are FAR better and easier to deal with! No more Commense!
