Love everything…color, fabric and fit

I was initially very happy with Commense's customer service, which is one of the main reasons I continued ordering so many items from them. While I liked some of their products, others didn't fit properly or the quality wasn't as good as I expected, so I needed to return them.

On a few occasions, instead of returning the items, I was offered the option to keep them and receive store credit, which I thought was a reasonable solution. I accepted those offers, not realizing it could create problems with future purchases.

The disappointment came when I placed another order using a combination of store credit and my credit card. Only a small portion of the total was paid with store credit, while the majority was charged to my credit card. Unfortunately, when some of those items didn't meet my expectations and I requested a return, I was told that the entire order was considered a store-credit purchase and was therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This policy makes absolutely no sense to me. If I place a $300 order and only $50 is paid with store credit, why should the entire $300 order become nonreturnable? I would have expected the return policy to distinguish between the amount paid with store credit and the amount charged to my credit card.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I accepted the store credit in the first place because I trusted the company and intended to continue shopping with them.

I genuinely thought Commense offered great customer service and good-quality clothing, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. A company should be transparent about policies like this before encouraging customers to accept store credit.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from Commense again. I hope they reconsider this policy, because it's a disappointing way to lose loyal customers.

Absolutely love this top, it is incredibly flattering. I am usually an 8 though due to a bigger bust I tend to get a size 10 in certain tops to make sure they fit well. Could have ordered a size 8. Still fits well. Material is good quality.
