This item arrived with extreme wrinkles. I’ve tried steaming it, laying it down with a heavy item on it (as suggested by customer service) neither worked at all. It should’ve been packaged with care to avoid this.

It’s very rubbery. Squeaks when you move around. It is fully lined though and it’s a nice length stopping right above the hips
